It is Rosemary

Here is the fragrant blossom of Rosemary. These delicate blooms are good in salads and a real treat when sprinkled on buttered toast. This wonderful herb delights not only our sense of taste, but is easy on the eye with it's own special brand of beauty.

Rosemary flowers and leaves are wonderful in salads, on toast and a marvelous addition to soups, and roasts, not to mention a little kick if you like humus.

I love Thyme. Do you dry the blossoms after they are spent? That would be so pretty ... a little jar full of dried purple blossoms that smell heavenly .......

Very pretty. Invites touch, it does.

I've never seen a thyme blossom either. I planted it last year but it disappeared. The blossom is so complex and lovely. Thanks for sharing it.

Its especially wonderful when we can all interact with a plant on many different levels. We can see its beauty, feel its texture and shape, we can see where its energy takes us, and we can digest its essence elevating us to a new point of view.
