Suspended - Weekend Reflections

Monday afternoon my husband and I stopped at the Baskett Slough Bird Sanctuary. We drove down the gravel road extending through the waters to the middle, where there is a viewpoint.  It was a perfect day, warm with a slight breeze whiffling the waters.

There are few moments one can capture exactly -- this is one of them.  The clouds, reflecting in the waters had a sort of magic about them.  Suspended so perfectly there.

Terrific reflection! It's as though the clouds are floating not only in the sky, but on the water! And the water is so still! Sounds like a fun day! Hope you have a great weekend as well!

Like a cotton ball - it looks almost as though you could pick it up. Such a still day, the water is like a mirror.

This is such a nice reflection of cloud... I like the way it seems so lonely on the picture.

Neat shot of the cloud that does indeed appear to be suspended...and reflected.

It's as if the cloud is looking at herself in a flawless mirror, finally seeing and realizing just how breautiful she really is:)
