Beach Comber Heart - Guest Heart Thursday

Last January it was uncommonly warm at the beach.  Walking along the white pebbled sands, where piles of driftwood from recent storms lay in abstract patterns, I found this driftwood heart tucked within a fold of sand and wind.

What a lovely day at the beach!

Beth, darling sister, is this where the Tin Man should have been looking?

I had to giggle at what Prospero said ... except that if the tin man was looking for a heart at the beach, wouldn't the salt water make him rust even more??? :=}

I miss the beach so much ... this wonderful heart picture makes me feel so much better!

That's amazing! It looks like it was cut, specifically into the shape of a heart!
