To me, this looks like a little cloud cherub, tossing a cloud ball--which has a heart on it! I know, I know--I have a GREAT imagination. The heart is in the middle of the little round cloud in the upper right hand corner. (grin)

I see one wispy cloud heart embracing a heart-shaped sky space:-)
I see the cherub (though the one I see is a little creepy!) throwing the ball with the heart!
