It was a lovely surprise to emerge from the kitchen door on the alley, to see this extraordinary sun and cloud over the back fence. I was filled with awe, and was so grateful I had my camera in hand.

A bit mystical looking! I think I can see a very faint rainbow encircling it - you almost had yourself a Sun Dog. Did you get any rain later on?
