Curling Clouds -Skywatch Friday

I never cease to be amazed by the wonderful things I see in the clouds.  I have so many pictures of the sky and I'm always looking up.  These clouds were particularly lovely. I am always in awe when I see the clouds.

"Can anyone understand the spreading of the clouds, The thundering of His pavilion?"  Job 36:29

Happy Skywatch Friday--it is nice to be back.  Have a lovely weekend dear Friends.

Angels at Large

These wonderful clouds heralded some bad weather in our area a few days ago.  They are so lovely--they could be angels, gently wafting across the  brilliant blue summer skies.

Have a lovely day--keep looking up!

Unexpected Beauty -Skywatch Friday

What beautiful clouds!  I couldn't believe my eyes--it seemed there were a number of lovely angels in those ethereal clouds, if only I could see them.

I'm entering this as a first for Skywatch Friday!

I'm off to live life!  Have a great day everyone!

Unexpected Sunshine

This is a picture I took late last Fall in the early hours of day.  This morning the sunrise had the same golden rays beaming through my window.

What a lovely way to begin the New Year--with Sunshine!  We haven't seen much of it here.  It is the fourth rainiest winter of all time, in Oregon.

Even we who were born here and are used to the rain, are getting a bit tired of the gray, stormy, drippy, dark days.

Perhaps the fact the sun rose in all its glory this morning, is a sign this coming year will be filled with unexpectedly wonderful things.

Happy New Year everyone!

Here Comes the Sun

I was helping a friend move on Thursday, when the clouds began to fluff and stretch in a spectacular show of beauty.  There was a storm moving in from the coast.   As always the clouds heralding such a storm were incredible.

I was in awe at the breathtaking display.
