Roses of June

Today is my birthday.  I am spending it by myself--and so have chosen to enjoy the beautiful roses in my garden.  I love their scent, variety and the way they look.  Roses always have a happy face.

Summer Roses

 

I went for a walk this morning and came across the most amazing rose bush--at the end of each stem were nosegays of  orange, pink, yellow and red roses growing all together.  What a beautiful sight!

One could make an entire bouquet by clipping one single stem!

I especially loved the the yellowish orange roses sprinkled throughout each rosy grouping.
