Her Heart Shaped Face - Guest Heart Thursday

I suppose after awhile folks will become tired of hearing about Toez the Polydactyl Kitten.  She is such a character.  Yesterday she protected me from a giant spider, about the size of my thumb--by pouncing upon  it, and eating it.  (gulp)

As you can see, she is an odd little creature.  Her tail is so long and active it reminds me of the Cowardly Lion's tail, as seen in the classic movie The Wizard of Oz.  As a kid, I loved how that appendage seemed to have a mind of its own.

When Toez sits down, her tail tucks itself up between her cute little feet, where, much to her bright-eyed consternation, it wiggles and waggles against her cheekbones.  Sometimes she gets totally annoyed and goes on a complete rampage trying to catch her tail.

As you can see, Toez brings so much joy into our lives!

Along with that beautiful heart-shaped face, there are at least four hearts hidden in her fur.  How many can you find?

Dear Beth, thank you for letting me know about Clytie. Naturally, I am very concerned about her. Last time, a miracle happened and Clytie bounced right back, defying the medical community. She has done it once and she can do it again. But I'm hoping that no miracle is required this time. Doctors are actually pretty good with heart blockages (no need for divine intervention). I'll be thinking about you and our dear sister till the crisis is over. Please keep me informed about her progress. Be strong, Beth. Everyone will be pulling for you.
