Daisies in Dew

If I were a flower, I think I would be a daisy.  This has changed from when I was younger and thought I would be a rose.  Daisies are so friendly and they make me smile...

I want to be a blessing to the world--a splash of smile and friendliness to everyone I meet.

Blessings to you, dear ones.  You know I am praying for you.

Happy Daisies

I love daisies--the big ones are fun, but the best daisies are the size of my thumb.  Here you see them cuddled in a puddle of sunshine.

Sometimes it looks like a happy gardener scattered them across the lawn with a joyous hand.  They look like starry constellations in a sea of green. When it comes time to mow the lawn, I have a hard time losing them to the mower.  (grin)

Up close, they seem to smile.  They are such a happy little flower.

Have a lovely Spring daisy day!

Song Birds and Daisies

This tiny house wren sang his little heart out for us...there's something so sweet about the song a bird sings in the morning--it is our Creator's song of hope, of peace...

I took this picture while on a walk early this morning.  There's something so cheerful about daisies, don't you think?

If I were a faery--this is the view I might have seen...such lovely white shadows on beautiful pale blossoms...

Shy as a Daisy

Daisies are such friendly flowers!  I caught this lovely lady peeking out through the variegated mint in my garden.  She wished us a good afternoon and then hid her face as the winds whipped the trees into a frenzy.

A Faery's View

I was lying on my back in grass next to the flowerbeds, looking up through the daisies, when I surprised one of the faeries who live in my garden. (grin) She smiled and waved, but when she saw my camera, she stuck out her tongue and vanished in a spatter of rainbows. One of these days I'll catch more than just a faery rainbow.
.
I know, I know--I have a GREAT imagination!

Happy Daisies

There is something so happy about daisies. It is time to mow my lawn again, and I am determined to leave a random patch of happy daisies right where I can see them.
.
Yes, living in town, one must have a nice lawn, or people take notice. (grin) But no one can complain about a random patch of happy daisies!

Upsy Daisy!

I was soaking up the sun in the back yard, when this perfect little daisy smiled up at me. I could hardly resist taking her picture!!! Ah, Spring!
