The truth is, dear friends--looking upon those who have lost family, friends and everything they have in these natural disasters--I need to remember that I have so much in my life, for which to be thankful.

The cloud colors are nice. And they look angry.
Yeah, just after this sunset a doozy of a storm swept through. I'm kind of hoping we'll have a few good storms before winter relinquishes its hold...
I am with you, I too am thankful for what I have :)
Yes, I'm thankful for what I have, but I know where your words are coming from. I've been down that road with my beloved Tim-cat. I still have a hole in my heart from losing him after having him in my life for 17 of his 19 years. Cats are so forgiving, so loving,... so grieve and when you are ready there will be a new cat-friend waiting for you. hugs!
I think anyone who has been loved by a cat will understand your loss, sissie.
The sky in your photo is beautiful, and turbulent (as you must be right now).
You have lost a dear friend Beth! I know how you feel. This year will be 12 years since I lost my sweet kitty Booter and I still shed a tear for her every once in awhile even though I love my kitty Gracie too. This is a lovely picture of the sky.
Beautiful sky. Love the colour. I'm sorry about your cat. Pets are family too.
