On July Fourth, my friend TJ and I, who have the exact same camera, began to learn how to take pictures of fireworks.

I am not sure how this photo came to be, but I love this
interesting twirl of light. If you look closely, one can see a heart and a tall woman in white who's rippling hair wafts out behind her.

I might not have seen your tall lanky lady if you hadn't mentioned her. I was really caught up in trying to figure out how you managed all the swirling colors.
Actually, what I did was to click the camera, then swung it to the side. I think that's what I did. (grin) I believe this is one of those amazing little accidents. (grin)
Cool. Like someone out of "2001: A Space Odyssey".
Most point-and-shoot digital cameras automatically do a bit of time exposure when it is dark.
I see the lady and heart. Overall, though, this fantastic "oops" reminds me of a beautiful agate!
I can see the woman quite clearly. Gorgeous picture!
