This was just a small wave, shuttling and sparkling to my feet. But there was something a little magical in its song--I think I saw a face. What do you see?

Fills My Eyes
When I see something unexpected, unusual, or beautiful, my focus involuntarily suddenly sharpens and intensifies. The sensation tickles! That's when I say something "fills my eyes." It is the greatest compliment I can give.

Welcome to my World
I have always loved taking pictures. I took my first and only photography class at West Linn High. The photo lab was located in the bowels of the school near the gym's locker rooms. There we learned to manage typical dark room techniques and procedures for developing film.
Things have radically changed since those days. Today's technology no longer requires pungent trays of chemicals and a dark room.
With the invention of the digital camera, I was set free to capture the amazing, unusual and the unexpected. My camera is always by my side.
I never know when, or where I will be able to capture some delicate beauty, or unexpected oddity.
Welcome to my world!

the face escapes me,.. but the colors are magnificent!
I see a beautiful photo of the place I love most. If it's colored a little more green now, it's because I'm seeing it through envious eyes!
I don't see the face, either..but, I'll bet Clytie sees hearts! ;)
Actually Sharon ... now that you mention it, right there smack in the middle of the curl of the wave is a beautiful emerald heart!
Oh, my goodness!! You're right, Sissy! There IS a big emerald green heart, right to the left of where I thought I saw the profile of a face...
I see delight. OHMYGOD, i want that wave!
I see a sea monster on the crest of the wave to the right of the pic. The white sea foam is its hair. I also see faerie lights in the foreground, or reflections of those dandelion fluffs when you blow them.
A truly magical scene.
I like this kind of post. It's fun to see what people see. Hope you post more!
